Cancellation Process

1. Cancellation Charges: A 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled after the check-in date or in case of a no-show.

2. Pre-Check-in Cancellation: If cancelled between 14 days and the check-in date, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

3. Free Cancellation: Guests can cancel for free up to 14 days before the check-in date.

4. Cancellation Procedure: Guests must email the hotel with their booking vouchers to initiate a cancellation.

5. Online Bookings: Reservations made through online travel portals or travel agents must be cancelled through those channels.

6. Refund Calculation: Refund amounts will be determined based on the number of days from the check-in date.

7. Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 working days; transaction charges from online payment gateways are non-refundable.

8. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via cheque to the bank accounts specified in the cancellation email within 15 days.

9. No Fee Waivers: No fee waivers will be granted for cancellations or no-shows on the check-in day.
