1. Payment Requirement: Full payment is necessary to confirm your booking.

2. Booking Voucher: Guests must present a copy of their booking voucher at check-in.

3. Child Charges: All children over 6 years old will incur charges.

4. Security Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required before check-in.

5. Deposit Refund: The deposit will be refunded within 5 working days if the number of guests does not increase and the checkout time is adhered to.

6. Guest Limit: The number of guests must not exceed the count specified during booking. Additional guests will be charged according to the hotel's rates.

7. ID Proofs: All guests must present valid ID when requested upon arrival

8. Foreign Nationals: All foreign guests must provide passport and visa details before their stay.

9. Damage Charges: Any damage to the property will be charged at the actual repair or replacement cost.

10. Illegal Activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will lead to severe consequences.

11. Commercial Activities: No commercial activities are allowed on the property.

12. Supplementary Charges: If the property is used for commercial filming or group activities beyond the original booking, additional charges will apply.

13. Extra Security Deposit: An additional refundable deposit may be required for extended use of the property.

14. Failure to Pay Charges: Non-payment of additional charges will result in reservation cancellation and denial of check-in.
